All course fees for our trend-driven digital journalism courses must be paid in full prior to course commencement. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal. Payments are processed securely through our platform.

Refund Policy

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund if the course is not provided with acceptable care and skill or is unfit for its purpose. For digital content, refunds are not available once access has been granted, except where required by law.

A cooling-off period of 10 business days applies to all enrolments, during which you may cancel and receive a full refund minus any administrative fees.

If trendfluxpo cancels a course, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.
